Although it is true, our competitors pay to offer that service. For example, say they offer you 0%, they will pay the finance company anywhere between 10-20% of the total deal. In turn, they increase your costs. We don't offer promotion financing like that. You pay the same price and any financing is totally separate. Of course, we can still assist you with financing!

We can only offer you the price for today.
Companies do this to pressure you into signing a contract. We never do. Our price is good for 30 days. After that, it may adjust slightly just based on the cost of the materials. If a company says their price is only good for today, it’s a pressure tactic, nothing else. Even if they say its because they would "have to come back", it is purely a sales tactic.

You need to set aside 90-120 minutes for the sale presentation.
If you want a dog and pony show, that isn't us. Other companies will preach how their window is "superior" because of some little fact, whether it is a super-spacer, or that it’s a different material, or who knows what else comes up. While all windows are slightly different, the majority of things pushed are just to make you feel good, and really have no practical value. This is Ohio, we aren't in Antartica and we aren't worried about getting hit with a category 5 hurricane.

We use the best crews.
That could be correct, but it is still a subcontractor which are inherently difficult to depend on. We have in-house crews and project managers. Yes, our schedule could still change because of something unforseen or weather challenges, but we will always keep you informed because that is what we pay out installers to do.

Requiring 50% down, 40% upon work beginning and 10% upon completion.
That means you pay 90% of your money before a window gets installed. With us, you pay a 30% deposit and the balance upon completion.

Our standard double hung window is $4,881 but today's price is $2,849
First, that is a crazy expensive window. Why? Because it has to be considering the amount of marketing and overhead these national companies have. You'll see them on social media, TV, mailers, shows, newspapers and the list goes on. We do a bit of marketing, but nothing compared to our competitors. Thus, we can pass the cost savings on to you. A standard double hung window from us is $875.

Our lead times are 10-16 weeks because we are that busy.
That's insane. With us, you sign your contract, we do exact measurements, and you typically you have your windows installed in 2-4 weeks.
