Field Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in expanding our brand’s presence and showcasing our services to potential customers. You will lead and manage a dynamic door-to-door sales team, driving our outreach efforts and ensuring our services are recognized and appreciated in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a door-to-door canvassing team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.

• Build and implement effective canvassing training program.

• Monitor team performance, offering feedback and training to enhance effectiveness and drive results.

• Analyze canvassing data and trends to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.

• Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting high morale and performance.

• Manage the overall canvass areas.

• Transporting team to and from the field.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and leading canvassing or sales teams with a track record of success.

• Extensive knowledge of the roofing industry and related services.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary plus bonuses.

Schedule:

• Full time (Monday-Friday) with weekend availability.
