Construction Crew Member

 

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Crew Member to join our team. This role involves hands-on work across a variety of exterior residential construction projects, with a focus on framing, decking, windows, and doors. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment to deliver high-quality results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on construction tasks (framing, decking, window and door installation)

  • Assist skilled trades and support overall project progress

  • Safely operate hand and power tools

  • Read and follow construction plans and instructions

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Work effectively with crew members to meet project timelines

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential construction experience (framing, decking, windows, doors required)

  • Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety practices

  • Ability to read plans and follow instructions

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
