Roof
Customer chose GAF HDZ in Charcoal. GAF HDZ is a line of high-performance architectural shingles from GAF, designed for enhanced durability, wind resistance, and a visually appealing finish.
Gutters
6" White gutters and 3x4 white
downspouts were installed to allow for better water capture compared to the older 5" gutters that previously existed. Several gutters were re-routed, as well.
Siding
James Hardie 8 1/4" siding was installed on all facets of the home. The customer chose Night Gray to provide the blueish/grey look their desired. Night Gray is in their Statement Collection.
Replacement Trim
All trim pieces along windows and corners, as well as all the eaves and rakes were replaced with Jamies Hardie artic white roughsawn trim boards. This material is a part of James Hardie's Statement Collection.
Our customer had a beauitful house, but didn't want it to look like everyone else's in the neighborhood. It used to be a standand beige vinyl siding. We replaced it with a new blue James Hardie and installed new white trim. This complimented the new charcoal roof to make it standout from everyone else in the neighborhood.
