Roof

Customer chose GAF HDZ in Charcoal. GAF HDZ is a line of high-performance architectural shingles from GAF, designed for enhanced durability, wind resistance, and a visually appealing finish.

Gutters

6" white gutters and 3x4 white

downspouts. When doing a project like this, installing new gutters is relatively common to ensure proper water flow but also to ensure the old gutters don't stand out against newer product.

Patio

Stamped concrete make to look like a paver patio. We also provided some landscaping around the property. Typically, landscaping design isn't done, but the customer did most of the design themselves.

Siding

Certainteed FlagStone Grey 5" siding along with matching board and batten were installed to provide the dark, moody, look desired. The trim along the windows was completed using white aluminum capping.

Windows

New VinylMax windows were installed during the construction. Their standard window is a triple-pan gas filled window to lower energy costs while providing new functionalities, such as ease of cleaning.

Everguard Exterior's expertise brought this customers dream to life. The primary objective was to create a great outdoor living sspace. With a new roof and siding along with contrasting trim and windows, along with the new stamped concrete patio, Everguard was able to provide this client with their dream backyard.

Timeline

This specific customer had a very good concept of what they wanted. It took less than a week from our initial consult to entering into a construction agreement. That type of quickness is not the norm.

As the majority of the material on this project was special ordered and contained items that had to be completed in order (such as the patio), this project was completed just slightly under five months from when the agreement was signed.
